Carey Cordell > This is a compilation of 3 images. The woman and little girl, the birds, and the sunrise. There was a dog with the woman and girl that I removed.
Carey Cordell > Goldfish swimming under fragrant water lily with the lillies hanging over a matte. Used several filters and painted the gold fish to emphasize the bright colors.
Carey Cordell > Early morning on Cumberland Island I captured this gull riding the wind just above the water. Really liked the colors and the way the bird just seemed to fade away.
Carey Cordell > This is a very small cropping of a much larger image. The original was extremely under exposed. I had to burn in many of the arrowhead plants as well as paint them. Was pleased with the result feeling I captured a solitude momemt in the Great Egrets life.
Carey Cordell > Canal in Coppenhagen, Denmark. The original was an old slide. It was extremely over exposed. Was amazed at the amount of detail photoshop was able to extract. Then changed the image to monochromatic sepia. Reminds me of images from the early days of photography.
Carey Cordell > An experiment of sorts. This is a composite of 2 images. One was taken at f14 @ .3s ISO 200 Manual Exposure Mode in RAW. I zoomed in while taking the shot. The second was taken at f6.3 @ 1/15s ISO 200 Manual Exposure Mode in RAW. This was a sharp image and not zoomed. In Photoshop I layered the 2 images and blended them in layer styles. Used a rough pastel filter and added a gausian blur layer. Masked the sharp layer and brushed the masking to allow the sharp center to show through and reduced the opacity on the blurred layer.
